These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the S-Technology website at s-technology.vn and the client portal (collectively, the "Service"), operated by S-Technology Pte. Ltd. ("S-Technology", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service
- Impersonate any person or entity
2. Client Portal
Access to the client portal is provided to approved business clients only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
The talent profiles displayed in the portal are confidential and intended solely for your internal evaluation purposes. You may not share, distribute, or publicly disclose talent profile information without our prior written consent.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by S-Technology and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.
4. Talent Engagement
Talent requests submitted through the portal are subject to availability and our internal evaluation process. Submission of a request does not guarantee engagement. All engagement terms, including rates, duration, and scope, are subject to a separate service agreement between you and S-Technology.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of using the Service or engaging our talent. This includes but is not limited to talent profiles, rates, project details, and business strategies.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, S-Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless S-Technology and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
