What's the minimum contract length?
Staff augmentation and dedicated team engagements have a minimum 3-month term with a 30-day notice period thereafter. Project-based work has no minimum term.
Do rates include benefits and taxes?
Yes. Our quoted rates are all-inclusive — they cover salary, social insurance, health insurance, local taxes, and our management fee. No hidden costs.
What timezones do your engineers work in?
Our team is based in Vietnam (GMT+7). Most engineers can flex 2–3 hours either direction for overlap with EU or APAC teams. For US-based clients, we offer staggered shifts.
Who owns the code and intellectual property?
You do. Full IP ownership transfers to you upon payment. We include this in every contract.
