Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 18, 2026

S-Technology Co., Ltd. (“S-Technology”) is committed to delivering high-quality services. This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which refunds or credits may be issued for our services and software products.

1. Professional Services (Custom Development & Outsourcing)

Milestone-Based Projects

  • Payments are structured by milestone as defined in the applicable Statement of Work (SOW).
  • If S-Technology fails to deliver a milestone by the agreed deadline and the delay is solely attributable to S-Technology, you may request a partial refund proportional to the undelivered scope. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the missed deadline.
  • Once a milestone deliverable has been reviewed and accepted by the Client (or deemed accepted after a 7-day review window with no written objection), that milestone payment is non-refundable.
  • Payments for work in-progress at the time of cancellation are non-refundable. S-Technology will deliver all completed, billable work up to the cancellation date.

Dedicated Teams & Staff Augmentation

  • Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.
  • To cancel a retainer engagement, written notice must be provided at least 30 days in advance. No refund is issued for the notice period if team members remain engaged.
  • If a placed team member is unable to fulfill their role due to circumstances within S-Technology’s control, S-Technology will provide a replacement within 10 business days or issue a pro-rated credit for the affected period.

2. Software Products & SaaS Subscriptions

  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Paid subscriptions to S-Technology software products (including products such as Souno) are eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase date, provided the product has not been used beyond reasonable evaluation.
  • After 14 days: Subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Annual subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription after the 14-day window, no refund is issued for the remaining term, but the cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual period.
  • Free trials: No charge is applied during any free trial period. Cancellation during a trial incurs no fee.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:

  • Third-party services, licenses, or software procured on the Client’s behalf.
  • Travel and out-of-pocket expenses pre-approved by the Client.
  • Payments for work accepted or milestones signed off by the Client.
  • Subscription fees for periods already consumed.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at billing@s-technology.vn with:

  • Your name and company.
  • The invoice number or subscription ID.
  • The reason for the refund request.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

5. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at billing@s-technology.vn before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving billing disputes promptly and fairly.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The revised policy will be effective from the date posted on this page. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email.
